My kitchen tips for everyone are about... CROSS CONTAMINATION!

Gluten Free Tips:
- use a different knife when buttering both wheat and GF bread

- buy 2 butter tubs, one for wheat bread and one for GF bread

- always use 2 different bowls and spoons when cooking with wheat and GF

- toast GF bread in dedicated GF toaster - NOT the family wheat toaster

- when cooking GF noodles, always strain first
